Bitimec is pleased to announce having been awarded an important contract by the Alexandria APTA for:

· 3 mobile train and railcar washing machines model SEP-900, and
· 5 mobile Bus and Truck washing machines model A-225-EZ-HP.

The 8 units will be commissioned in several sites at The Alexandria APTA rail and bus stations in early September 2010. Our Distributor Innotrans based out of Cairo - Egypt was the lead bidder on this major tender.

The Train and Railcar Washing Machine Model SEP-900 diesel is the two brush model and includes a height adjustable, inclinable, pressure sensitive brush assembly. This model is now a best seller on 4 continents, and has become the key machine in Bitimec’s Railway station servicing line which also includes Politrac 48Volt multi-function utility vehicles and trailers.

The Bus washing machines have all the winning features of the best selling Bitimec Speedy Wash Model A-225-EZ, such as brush only inclination, large almost 500 litre water tank, and all-stainless-steel frame. Plus these units have a custom made 120 Bar (1800psi) High Pressure Wash System for washing the roof and chassis comprising of:

Height and direction adjustable roof washing bar with 4 nozzles
Height and direction adjustable chassis wash bar with two rotating nozzles
HP gun with a 12 meter hose and reel
